Refund policy

Refunds are available on any damaged or spoiled goods where we are responsible. Upon receipt of such goods you should call us and email photos of the products immediately. Pending investigation, we may either replace or provide a refund for the problematic items. If you decide to return a product, you are responsible for the shipping arrangements and costs for this.

Damages caused by couriers. It is extremely rare for this to happen. Our present carrier is DPD and they will investigate such problems
